Change of Mind Returns
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on opened or used items. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer:
- A full replacement at no cost to you
- A store credit for the full purchase amount
- A refund to your original payment method
How to Report an Issue

- Include your order number and description of the issue
- Attach a photo if the item is visibly damaged
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Warranty
All products include a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear and tear.
