Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Absolutely. Our checkout is powered by Shopify Payments, which uses bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Can I use Afterpay to buy now and pay later?
Yes! We support Afterpay for orders. Split your purchase into 4 interest-free fortnightly payments — just select Afterpay at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will delivery take?
Standard shipping across Australia typically takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping (1–3 business days) is available at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Will anyone know what's inside the package?
Never. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or satchels. There is no store name, logo, or product description on the outside. The sender name will appear as a generic business name.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Australia only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.
Privacy & Discretion
Will this appear on my bank statement?
Your bank statement will show a discreet business name — not "gentleintimacy" or any product-related description.
Do you store my personal information?
We only collect information necessary to process your order. We never sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Are your products body-safe?
Yes. We only stock products made from medical-grade silicone, ABS plastic, or other certified body-safe materials. All products are free from phthalates, BPA, and harmful chemicals.

How do I clean and care for my product?
Most silicone toys can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap, or a dedicated toy cleaner. Always check the product page for specific care instructions. Never submerge rechargeable products unless rated as fully waterproof.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. See our full Returns Policy.
What if my product is faulty?
All products come with a manufacturer warranty. If your product is defective, contact us at arther.chen@jiechu.top with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
